Wyckoff, NJ - March 1, 2008 -- Solutions³, a premier IT Service Management solution provider, announced the appointment of Mark Girimonte as Controller. Mr. Girimonte's primary focus will be on the financial aspects of the business. Mr. Girimonte will report directly to Solutions3 Chief Technologist & Principal, Mike Battistella.
Mr. Girimonte, who received his CPA license from New York State in 1994, has ten years of experience in public accounting. In addition he has worked as a Corporate Tax Manager for the past ten years. He has also worked on special projects assisting the Chief Financial Officer. According to Mr. Girimonte, he is eagerly looking forward to this opportunity with Solutions3, and believes that there will be dynamic growth ahead for himself, the financial aspects of the company, and the entire organization.
