Solutions3 announces Gene Hodges joins as a Senior Consultant

Wyckoff, NJ - February 16, 2010 -- Solutions3, a premier IT Service Management solution provider, announced that Gene Hodges has joined the organization as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Hodges will provide ITSM and ITIL® process development, tool implementation, and ITIL® training for our customers. Mr. Hodges will report directly to Todd Starkey, Consulting Services Manager.

Mr. Hodges has 21 years of communications experience in the United States Marine Corps. In 2005 he joined Harris Corporation as the Incident Manager for one of the Intelligence Community (IC) customers on a global network and earned his ITIL® v2 Managers Certification. While on this contract Gene was a key resource in taking them from ground zero to fully developed and functioning Incident, Problem and Capacity Management processes as well as establishing the functional Service Desk. In August of 2008 Gene went to work for BAE Systems where he worked on several large proposal efforts and helped implement ITIL® best practices at the Department of Treasury in Washington D.C. Gene is an ITIL® v3 Expert and holds a PMP certification.
