Solutions³ Appoints Chuck Vincenti as Sr. Consultant

Wyckoff, NJ – October 18, 2007 -- Solutions³, a premier IT Service Management solution provider, announced the appointment of Chuck Vincenti as Sr. Consultant in the IT Service Management Practice. Mr. Vincenti adds his technology experience to Solutions 3's formidable technology services delivery team as well as his pre-sales experience to the Solutions³ field sales team. Mr. Vincenti will report to Solutions³ ITSM Practice Manager, Bob Kelly.
Mr. Vincenti's high-technology career spans more than 25 years of Information Technology implementation and global technical sales and support. Before joining Solutions³, he was the Manager of Technical Operations and Support for Qualcomm Flarion Technologies (QFT), providing leadership for worldwide operations, technical support, and partner management of QFT's leading-edge mobile broadband data technology. In addition, Mr. Vincenti designed and implemented QFT's service desk, integrating legacy bug-tracking systems with customer and partner issue management systems, providing a customer self service portal, a searchable knowledge base, and service level reporting to technology partners. Prior to Flarion, he was the Consulting Services Manager for an IT Consulting company's Enterprise Management group, providing service delivery and leadership to a regional client base.
