Solutions³ Announces Pete Conrad Joins Management Team as Practice Manager

Wyckoff, NJ – October 22, 2007 -- Solutions³, a premier IT Service Management solution provider, announced that Peter Conrad has joined the organization as Practice Manager. Mr. Conrad will focus on the strategic growth of new business in support of Hewlett Packard's Business Technology Optimization (BTO) strategy to integrate legacy Mercury products into the HP Software portfolio. Mr. Conrad will report directly to Solutions³ Chief Technologist & Principal, Mike Battistella.

Mr. Conrad's 20 years of experience have included both Enterprise Management and Application Development spanning the complete enterprise software lifecycle from planning and development through the operational deployment and production management of enterprise solutions. His responsibilities have focused on engaging business stakeholders to develop the vision for business solutions, architecting and designing solutions to satisfy that vision, as well as leading project teams to implement and deploy the solutions. His background includes roles as Senior Architect, Solutions Architect, and Software Engineer. He began his career as a software engineer where he developed network and messaging applications, including network element management systems integrated with HP OpenView Network Node Manager.
