Solutions3 People-based Solutions
People are vital to the success of any ITSM project. To that end, Solutions3 has a key training focus so that those vital resources are fully equipped to handle the solution put before them. Knowledge transfer and resource development are main themes for Solutions³. Engagements are defined so that formal and informal training is provided in the solution area being defined and implemented.
Because of the importance of training our client resources, Solutions³ has made significant investments in the ITSM training area. This includes formal classroom training, technical courseware development, informal training as it relates to projects, and key partnerships with organizations that have a training focus. Along with developing courseware for our vendor partners, we have also developed many of our own custom classes in areas such as Service Desk, ITIL® Awareness Seminars, and AlarmPoint Implementation Training.
In addition, Solutions³ has become an invaluable resource to HP for authoring and co-authoring training classes as well as certification exams. Our instructors, who are often also the course developers, have years of hands-on experience working with the tools and principles they teach.
