- Implementation Services: Solutions3 provides consultants for onsite project work in ITSM. This includes the overall architecture of EM solutions and process definition based on Best Practices and ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). It also includes the implementation of best of breed ITSM products which fit the architecture and processes defined. Solutions3 also provides the Project Management and Technical Writers necessary to fully execute a project of this nature.
- Training Services: Solutions3 possesses the technical and educational background to develop and deliver formal and informal training classes in current and future areas of expertise. Additionally, Solutions3 is strategically aligned with training organizations to provide top-of-the-line training materials and instruction to our clients and business partners. All engagements defined by Solutions3 include a training component, be it formal or informal. In addition to training our clients, Solutions3 also provides class development and delivery assistance to our vendor partners and their clients/partners.

After spending 17 years building his knowledge base at both HP and an IT consulting firm through teaching and writing HP OpenView courses, as well as architecting and delivering HP OpenView-based solutions, Mike Battistella founded Solutions³ in 2003.
