Cybersecurity Internship Program

At Solutions³ LLC, we don’t just train the workforce, we help build it. Our Cybersecurity Internship Program is a high-impact, hands-on experience designed to prepare the next generation of IT and cybersecurity professionals for real-world roles.

In 2025, we received over 1,100 applications for just nine internship slots, underscoring the demand and reputation of the program. The summer of 2025, interns rotate through intensive three-week sprints focused on Cybersecurity Essentials, Risk Management, and Incident Response, gaining exposure to live client scenarios, industry toolkits, competitive team challenges, and project-based deliverables.

Our 2024 program brought eight interns through specialized learning paths including DHS/CISA Cybersecurity Essentials, NIST 800-171 Compliance, Security-Focused Service Desk operations, and Role-Based Data Structures.

The program is supported in part by the New Jersey Career Accelerator Grant and by FIESTA Grant funding through Felician University, reflecting statewide recognition of our commitment to developing a skilled, local cybersecurity workforce.
