Critical Notification Systems

Solutions³ incorporates a CNS with our proactive management solutions, as well as with our Service Desk, so that responses are rapid and Emergency Change requests are treated as actual emergencies.

A CNS reduces the cost of a business-impacting incident by minimizing the mean time to resolution (MTTR). A critical component of MTTR is sending a notification of the incident to the appropriate resource, and then confirming that the message has been received, that ownership of the incident has been taken, and that remediation activities are underway.
