Description
The DVMS Cyber Resilience Professional Practitioner Certification Training develops practitioner-level competencies required to design, implement, and operate a Digital Value Management System® (DVMS) capable of transforming systemic cyber risk into operational resilience.
Building upon foundational NIST Cybersecurity Framework knowledge, this advanced course teaches participants how to integrate fragmented frameworks and standards, including NIST, IT Service Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, ISO-based controls, and related business systems, into a unified Governance, Resilience, and Assurance operating model.
Participants learn to align strategy, risk, performance, and culture within a measurable system that supports digital business continuity, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder trust. The course emphasizes systems thinking, cross-functional governance integration, minimum viable capability design, maturity progression, and continuous improvement.
Through structured exercises and applied analysis, attendees develop the ability to assess enterprise capabilities, design governance and assurance feedback loops, operationalize resilience across workflows and supply chains, and establish measurement mechanisms that demonstrate sustained cyber resilience performance.
The course culminates in a proctored certification examination validating practitioner-level competency in the design and operationalization of a Digital Value Management System® aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and related enterprise governance models.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of the DVMS Cyber Resilience Professional Practitioner certification is required.
