Tricia Battistella

Tricia Battistella is the Founder and CEO of Solutions³ LLC, a consulting and training organization recognized as a leader in Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, and IT Operations Management. She oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless business functions that drive growth and success while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and client-first service.

Tricia holds a BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. With a strong technical foundation and a passion for workforce development, she has spent her career bridging technology, education, and business strategy to help organizations strengthen their IT and cybersecurity posture.

She began her career as a Software Engineer in aerospace, designing test software for the A7 Aircraft, before transitioning to Digital Equipment Corporation as a Systems Engineer, working on enterprise IT solutions. She later joined Hewlett-Packard as an Education Consultant, where she developed and taught courses in software development, systems engineering, and IT operations, an experience that fueled her passion for training and knowledge transfer.

In 2000, recognizing the increasing demand for expert-driven IT and security training, Tricia launched a freelance consulting and training business, formally incorporating Solutions³ LLC in 2003. Under her leadership, the company has evolved into a trusted provider of cybersecurity and IT management solutions, serving government agencies, defense organizations, and commercial enterprises.

Beyond operations, Tricia is a champion for workforce development. She actively supports the next generation of cybersecurity and IT professionals through Solutions³ LLC’s recognized internship programs, helping cultivate skilled talent to meet the demands of an ever-evolving digital landscape.
