The DVMS Cyber Resilience Professional Awareness Training provides a structured introduction to digital business risk, cybersecurity fundamentals, and organizational resilience. Designed for employees at all levels, the course establishes a common understanding of how digital transformation expands the threat landscape and why cybersecurity must be treated as a business risk management discipline rather than solely an IT function.
Participants are introduced to foundational risk concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, assets, and controls, and gain an overview of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST-CSF) as a shared language for governance, protection, detection, response, and recovery. The course emphasizes the role of leadership, culture, and individual accountability in building durable operational resilience across complex digital environments.
Using principles derived from the Digital Value Management System® (DVMS®), the program connects governance intent, operational execution, and assurance practices to help organizations create a workforce culture capable of protecting and delivering trusted digital outcomes. Upon completion, participants will understand their role in transforming systemic cyber risk into coordinated, measurable resilience aligned with organizational objectives.
